Most custom pieces take 6–12 weeks from approved design to delivery. Larger projects (full rooms, commercial work) typically run 12–20 weeks. We provide a specific timeline at the design approval stage and send progress updates throughout the build.

Yes — we deliver and personally install anywhere in the continental United States. We use our own delivery team within a 500-mile radius of Paducah, and a vetted white-glove delivery partner for longer distances. Delivery fees vary by location; we quote them upfront.

There is no minimum order. We are happy to build a single chair or furnish an entire home. That said, our typical single-piece commissions start around $900 for accent items and $1,299 for seating. We are transparent about pricing from the very first conversation.

Absolutely — that's the whole point of custom. We offer 50+ upholstery fabrics, 8 wood species, and dozens of stain and finish options. You're welcome to bring your own fabric too; we charge only for labor on client-supplied materials, not a mark-up.

We offer a 25-year structural warranty on all solid wood furniture — the longest in the custom furniture industry. Upholstered pieces carry a 5-year fabric and frame warranty. Lighting items are covered for 2 years. All warranty repairs are performed in our Paducah shop at no charge, including return shipping.

Yes — we love working with designers and offer a trade discount program for ASID, IIDA, and NCIDQ credential holders. We also work directly with architects and contractors on new construction and renovation projects. Contact us for our trade program details.
